ManufacturingSafety and cycle time, live on every shift.
PPE compliance, restricted zones, operator presence and live OEE, from the cameras already on the plant floor. Supervisors act in real time instead of reading about it at end of shift.

How does AI PPE detection work on a factory floor?
Cameras already covering the shop floor are read by models that detect each item separately: helmet, safety jacket, gloves, shoes and face shield. When someone enters a monitored area without the required item, an alert reaches the supervisor's phone, the dashboard and the plant PA within about three seconds, and the incident is logged with a clip for the safety audit.
30+ checks across safety, production and the shop floor.
Every check runs on the same edge device, so adding one is a configuration change, not a new project, and each site can run a different mix. Pick the ones that matter and switch the rest off.
Safety & compliance
- PPE: helmet, jacket, gloves, shoes, eyewear
- Restricted zones: crane swing, furnace, moulding access
- Crane hook seated before a ladle lift
- Forklift and pedestrian proximity
- Machine guard and safety door compliance
- Spill detection, fire exits blocked
- Unsafe posture near hot or high-pressure zones
Production & quality
- Machine uptime against downtime
- Finished goods counting: pipes, sheets, crates, cartons
- Operator presence at workstation
- Cycle time and bottleneck stations
- Conveyor jam or blockage
- Mould or die change time
Shop floor
- Loading dock truck count and dwell
- Aisle housekeeping and 5S
- Shift changeover time
- Supervisor floor presence
- Unauthorised vehicle or person entry
- Automated incident log with clips for ISO audits
Real screens, real alerts.

Questions about manufacturing.
Helmet, safety jacket, gloves, safety shoes and face shield are detected as separate items, so a worker wearing a helmet but no gloves is flagged for the gloves specifically rather than as a generic violation.
Under three seconds from the person entering the zone. Zones are drawn once on the camera view, covering crane swing areas, furnace and cooling beds, moulding machine access and chemical storage.
Yes. Each operator position is tracked as working, idle, walking or absent every second, and machine uptime against downtime is measured from the same feeds, so line efficiency is calculated from what actually happened rather than from self-reported logs.
Every incident is logged automatically with a timestamp, location and video clip, and reports export in one click. Plants we work with cut audit preparation substantially because the evidence is already collected rather than reconstructed.
Usually not. We work with the cameras already installed, through the recorder or directly, though a specific camera may need its angle adjusted to cover a zone properly. That is checked during the site survey.

The same edge device also runs in Retail, Restaurants & QSR, Warehousing & logistics, Banking. How it works shows how the building blocks fit together.
