How do you measure dock productivity with cameras?
Each dock is classified every second as active, idle or empty, and the system counts vehicles loaded and unloaded, pallets handled per gang, and how long a pallet has been sitting in the staging area. Empty means no vehicle at the dock. Active means a vehicle is present and loading or unloading is happening. Idle means a vehicle is present but nothing is moving, which is the number that usually surprises operations teams the most.
The alert fires while the situation is developing, on load height, blocked driver visibility and a pedestrian in the forklift path, so a supervisor can intervene before a collision rather than reviewing footage afterwards.
