What this website collects, and why.
The short version: we keep what you type into our contact form so we can reply, and we count visits with Google Analytics only if you allow it. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who we are
This website is run by Tarsyer Insights LLP, B15/16 Vidyut Nagar, Lane 9, Koregaon Park, Pune 411001, India. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data this website collects: the business that decides why and how it is used.
This notice covers the website only. Camera systems we run for customers are covered by each customer’s contract with us, and the customer decides how that footage is used.
What we collect and why
| What | Why we use it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| What you type in the contact form name, company, work email, phone number if you give one, industry, number of sites and your message |
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo. You give it to us for that purpose, and we use it for nothing else. | Up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a customer or ask us to erase it sooner. |
| Sent automatically with the form your internet (IP) address and browser type |
To block spam and stop the same form being sent many times. | With the enquiry, as above. |
| Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us whatever you choose to share |
To reply to you. | Up to 24 months after our last conversation. |
| Visit statistics, only if you allow them pages viewed, the site that sent you here, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and a random identifier stored in a cookie |
To see which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site. Google’s advertising features are switched off, so this is not used to show you ads. | Google keeps it for at most 14 months. |
We don’t sell personal data, we don’t build advertising profiles, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
Cookies and similar storage
Nothing that tracks you loads until you choose. On your first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page asks whether you allow visit statistics. Allowing and refusing are equally easy, and the site works the same either way.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Your cookie choice | Stored in your browser by this site. Remembers whether you allowed statistics, so we don’t ask on every page. | 12 months, then we ask again |
| _ga and _ga_JS3N6264R3 | Google Analytics cookies. Set only if you allow statistics. | 2 years, or until you withdraw |
| Google Maps | The office map on the About and Contact pages loads only when you click Show map. Google may then set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. | Set by Google |
You can change your choice at any time with , at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as allowing: statistics stop from then on and the Google Analytics cookies are removed. It does not undo what was collected before you withdrew.
